Inspired by the vast organic garden and orchards found throughout the estate, Allistaire Lawrence, Boschendal’s Executive Chef makes use of the freshest ingredients on his doorstep. ‘The healthy rich soil for which Boschendal is famous translates into flavour profiles that are earthy and intense, as a result the dishes speak for themselves,’ explains Allistaire.
