The Bedouin Museum of the Bay of Dakhla, guardian

The Bedouin Museum of the Bay of Dakhla, guardian of the cultural heritage of Saharan Morocco and also known as La Grande Escale (The Grand Stopover), is an impressive architectural project carried out in the Sahara province of Morocco by the architects of the OKA and EGA architectural firms.
The construction of the building was entrusted to these two companies lead by architects Erik Giudice @ega_erikgiudice_architects and Omar Kobbité @oka.architecture , and was thought of as a place that is both unique, meaningful and a reflection of local culture. To achieve this, the architects took as a starting point the structure of traditional nomadic tents.
With its harmonious volumes, this museum blends perfectly into the landscape of Dakhla Bay and offers visitors an incomparable experience.

Le musée bédouin de la baie de Dakhla, gardien de l' héritage culturel du Maroc saharien et aussi connu sous le nom de La Grande Escale, est un projet architectural impressionnant réalisé par les architectes des bureaux OKA et EGA dans la province du Sahara au Maroc.
L’ouvrage dont l’édification a été confiée aux cabinets d’architectes d’Erik Giudice @ega_erikgiudice_architects et d’Omar Kobbité @oka.architecture a été pensé comme un lieu à la fois unique, porteur de sens et reflet de la culture locale. Pour ce faire, les architectes ont pris comme point de départ la structure des tentes nomades traditionnelles.
Avec ses volumes harmonieux, ce musée se fond parfaitement dans le paysage de la baie de Dakhla et offre aux visiteurs une expérience incomparable.

Located in the north of Ivory Coast, the Senoufo country is known for its Korhogo canvasses. The Korhogo canvasses are immediately recognizable and each motif has a strong symbolic dimension.
By using porcelain as a canvas, Faty Ly offers tableware objects that convey heritage and timelessness.
Hence her Toile de Korogho collection is about translating the DNA of the motifs and its iterations into whimsical usable products.
Designed in Dakar, Senegal, and made in Limoges, France.

Situé au nord de la Côte d'Ivoire, le pays sénoufo est connu pour ses toiles de Korhogo. Les toiles de Korhogo sont immédiatement reconnaissables et chaque motif a une forte dimension symbolique.
En utilisant la porcelaine comme toile, Faty Ly propose des objets d'art de la table porteurs d'héritage et d'intemporalité.
Par conséquent, sa collection Toile de Korogho consiste à traduire l'ADN des motifs et ses itérations en produits du quotidien plein de fantaisie et de poésie.
Conçu à Dakar, au Sénégal, et fabriqué à Limoges, en France.
